100 county organizing program

The Black Women's Leadership Collective's 100 County Organizing Program is a state-specific initiative designed to empower Black women and strengthen their leadership across North Carolina. BWLC NC provides training, resources, and strategic support for Black women looking to take active roles in their community and foster a network of leaders. BWLC NC is working to ensure Black women’s perspectives and needs are at the forefront of local and national decision-making.

The Black Women's Leadership Collective North Carolina hosts regional events to focus on critical issues impacting that region and state-wide concerns. The events are cultivated to be dynamic platforms for empowerment, networking, and education among Black women across North Carolina. Attendees gain insights from local leaders and influential speakers through engaging workshops, panel discussions, and intimate conversations. Each event reinforces the importance of leadership, collective power, and mobilizing our communities toward action.
